'Power' Altered Art Tin

€20.00

Open this tin to discover a bold, fearless woman gazing back out at you, layered with small seashells.

On the other side of the open tin scene, a quotation from Sophia Bush reads: "I wish I hadn't spent so much time worrying about being someone else's definition of enough." It serves as a reminder to the owner to care less about what other people think and stay true to themselves.

This is portable art. Art that grows along with you as you travel. Small art. Talismanic art. Amulets. Memory boxes.

The outside of this tin is hand painted with gold and mica spray pigments.

I create these diorama displays in tins that are covered with my own artwork. Each one is handmade, containing a kitschy combination of anything from origami paper butterflies to Sylvanian Families figures, recycled textiles, and religious objects.

Each altered tin story box arrives carefully gift wrapped with a handwritten explanation of the process and objects inside.
